If I may make another point here.
I see so many cases with enough fan force to lift a 747.
it's not how much air you can move, but how smart you move it.
also, it doesn't matter how fast you're moving the air. Moving air faster doesn't make it cooler.
if the ambient air is 35c you can have 100 fans In your case or on a rad, it's not going to make it cooler.
That's why server rooms have A/C because it's all about ambient temps as to cooling effects, that's why cars don't over heat in winter but do in the summer.

But think about it the faster you move air in and out the less heat buildup thier is in the case your temps might only spike for few mins with slower fans but with faster fans they might not spike at all. But your right the outside temp determines how cool the inside of case is going to be.

Mike would of course(assuming all else is equal). Both cars have the same amount of horsepower, but other factors, such as the weight, are very important when trying to make a comparison. The bottom line is that you just can't make a direct comparison of temperatures without knowing all the variables; ambient temperatures being of the most important of those variables when discussing cpu temps.
not being an ass but this is a bad example LOL :P the yeah mikes car will win in a race at a sertain distance if they both same car same engine then they will reach the same top speed only the lighter car will get to that top speed quicker

And the heavier one probably looks better, and can destroy the lighter one by ramming it. Or is cheating not allowed?
