You could also cut a larger blowhole in the top of the case and mount a better/higher cfm fan there.

There isn't enough room between my PSU and my drive bays to fit a bigger fan . I have 3 fans near the top of my case at the moment, an exhaust at the back, an exhaust at the top, and an intake in the front (please refer to the diagram I made to see placement). I'm thinking about turning my front intake into an exhaust since it is near the top of my case, what do you think?

It seems like positive air pressure would be better because it there is more pressure in the case more gas is going to actually make contact with the heat sink. Therefore more heat will be exchanged.

Yeah but I don't want that air to heat up and be circulated inside my case.

Yeah. I think the difference in pressure would be negligible anyhow. I think even would be best, but a slight positive pressure seems better than negative.

I'm making this post now, but I'll have more info in a bit.

I've read in several sources that a 60/40 ratio is best . I'll look for the sources because I know people want proof. That would be 60 out, 40 in. that's slightly negative pressure.

What are your goals?? Air cooling is not clean :P You will have dirt; but that's what filters are for. Are you asking if positive is better than negative?? Is your primary goal in the end a cooler case, or a cleaner case? :P If it's a cooler case, I recommend a 60/40 like I hae above. You're blowing out a bit more then your fans are pulling in; but the fans blowing out aren't doing all of the work. This gives you close to the perfect 50/50, with the slight negative vacuum.

With my current fan scheme I'll have about 200CFM going in and about 160CFM going out, so I'll have slight positive pressure. I'm not too worried about dust because my case is quite high off the ground and I clean it regularly. Is this a good plan?

Sounds good. I always flip fans a few times to see what gets me the best temps overall. Takes 5 minutes and I don't keep thinking "what if I change this" I just do it.

You actually want a slightly positive pressure in your case. Keeps some dust out if nothing else.
