Yeah, I only have room for a 92mm fan on top, any suggestions for a high cfm one?

I suggest you remove everything from your case and cut out a larger hole so that you can mount a 120mm fan. Possibly more than one. A hole saw works nicely for this.

My PSU and Drives are in the way, I can't fit anything bigger than a 92mm up there.

With video cards these days taking in air from the case and blowing it out, I think positive pressure would be better than negative.
