i need 4 blue led 120mm fans and 4 regular 120mm fans, so what should i get?

can you recommend a good fan controller too?

I think "Yate Loon" fans are a pretty good value. I haven't tried the behind the mobo fan, but with all the others I doubt It will do much. As far as fan controllers it depends on what you want to spend.

you want Yate Loons and Scythe Slipstreams IMO.

Both will ahve different variants for CFM/dba ratings, pick what you want.
