Default Canadian Winter + Air Cooling

I set up my computer outside on my deck, inside a little storage shed, out of bordem and perhaps mild entertainment. Today was the perfect day for it in Winnipeg, it was warm out, clear skies, no wind, and sunny. Below are the before & afters of the temps. I was unable to overclock any single part of my computer even the slightest bit more even with these cold temperatures. Both GPU's and my CPU wouldn't even budge 1% higher! Oh well, it was pretty fun, talked with my neighbor for a bit, ran some benchmarks in 3dmark06 and Vantage. I'll post up a couple more pictures later on:

Indoor Temps (Maximums Under Load), Overclock, 3dmark06 run:

15,360
->6127
->7163
->4304

CPU: 62°c
GPU: 57°c
GP2: 72°c
SYS: 31°c
HDD: 29°c

Outdoor Temps (Maximums Under Load):

CPU: 32°c
GPU: 44°c
GP2: 49°c
SYS: -12°c
HDD: 7°c

Nice mate...

Set the tower outside the door and close it and get a heater in there and have a good OC time..

I'm in Virginia and it won't get that cold, but I put my tech station out the window and run the cords inside where I stay...

Wonder if you could run some of that dryer ducting to pull cold air from outside into the case, then exhaust it back out again?

Talk about extreme measures. lol

I admire your ambition. But for the sake of this topic... I will say that it seems that doing stuff like this seems to pay off with Intel c2d's.
