If you're willing to use 25mm fans then get another fan holder:

I have Slipstreams and they don't do as well on the TRUE as the 38mm fans I linked.

Here's a good 25mm fan that will work with the fan holders, just use a fan controller with them:

marin, i like that idea but isnt 88.11cfm good?plus u dont need a fan controller plus my mom wont yell at me cause its 33 decibles. im planning to use 2. but ty for all ur help XD im repping u twice!

The CFM is good but they have little static pressure, which is important for the TRUE due to the tighter fins.
