Out of these fans, which is best? Also, currently I have an Antec Spot Cool, cooling my ram. Would the Duo Orb do a better job, or would it just be blowing hot air on it?

thermalright ultra extreme!!! best by far. Aslong as you couple a decent 120mm fan with it.
But to be honest for the money the OCZ Gladiator is very good! SO really it depends on how much you want to spend. And keep the antec spot cool for cooling the ram.

Just pair it with a nice 120mm x 38mm fan or two. know someone who bought the du orb CPU cooler, it's horrible. It doesn't even fit in most cases without removing the rear fans on the case because the cooler is so wide. As for RAM cooling...unless you're pumping crazy voltage through them, you really don't need fans blowing on them.

Ok, and how does the vendetta 2 compare? 'Cuz it's $20 cheaper. I will probably upgrade my cpu fan in a couple months after I upgrade a few other things first. But for now I am just window shopping and dreaming.

For that E7200 they both would be fine, in fact, your current cooler is probably fine. The TRUE pulls away when both coolers are on an overclocked quad.

Ok thanks. I was just thinking I wanted a TRUE after hearing so much about them on OCN. Also at 3.8 and more, my cpu gets a little hot. I will definately buy the true when the time comes!

All good hsf combo's. Don't forget to look at the Xigamatek S1283 which is cheaper than all, and within a few C's in temp efficency.
