I agree with people about silence for noctua which is why i voted for em.. but if you want silence you could always just get a noctua on ocn for cheap or possibly somewhere else..
xiggy+pushpull noctua fan+xigmatek fan..
but i've heard the noctua pushpull set up is better than the xiggys..
either way xiggy is best bang for your buck

Xiggy. The price is great and is a great cooler. But if $60 is little to you, Noctua all the way!

You can't beat the Xigmatek at price/performance, but I'd get atleast the Notctua or *allmighty* TRUE with high CFM fans.

I had tried All of them. TRUE plus fan is the best but price won't be cheap. Between Noctua and Xig, Noctua is about 1c lower in my case so I would go for Xig S1283.

Xigmatek. It might not be as capable as a TRUE, but it comes very close for a much lower price.

look at it this way, they're all within 1-2 degrees of each other [stoclk]

xig is cheaper, but you can put a custom fan
noctua is quieter, i mean ridiculously quiet cause of its fan [20$ fan!]
if sound's not an issue, or not a major issue, i'd say a xig+ a slipstream fan, total about 55$.

i own a notcua, fyi, and i oc'd from 2.13 to 3.2 on stock volts, 43 degrees full load.

its actually $30 per fan on newegg rofl..... overpriced pos fans imo.

Anyways i have personally grown to appreciate silence and the noctua is designed to cool better with a lower RPM fan. NH-U12P gets my vote.
