Default XIGMATEK HDT-S1283 or Noctua NH-U12P?

Title says it all folks. Which one would you buy? Granted: the Xiggy is $37 and the Noctua is $60 on the Egg.

Please vote in the poll and explain your reasoning (benchmark comparison is preferred). If you don't like either, justify your preference.

never tried the Noctua,

But if you're going to get the Xigmatek S1283, get the Dark Knight version, which includes the bolt kit AND the backplate.

I've tried the TRUE, Tuniq Tower and Now, the Xigmatek.

They all perform similar, but this one has the best mounting hardware IMO.

Based on that site, the Xig is a little behind the Noctua. I think if you're not budget tight, you should go for the Noctua.

I'm leaning towards the Noctua, as I think it should handle my quad better than the Xigmatek, and its supposed to be really quiet.
