The true is better, but it's way overkill for your processor. The freezer pro doesn't cost much and should be able to cool your cpu nicely, even while overclocking.

No, and even if they did, go buy some Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste. It is worth it's weight in silver; literally. The ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 64 Pro along with $5 worth of AS5 will be the best bang for the $$$.
Good air circulation in your case will make a night and day difference on your temperatures. The point is to get your case temps as close to ambient as efficiently as possible. There is no need to fork out $$$ on a new case when you can simply add a fan. Check the link in my signature for some more tips on lowering your temps. Good luck! I don't know why people have to be so condescending when it comes to giving advice on this site. It really annoys me. And when they don't even read the thread before they post...

The freezer 64 pro comes with a thermal pad. But, like Paraleyes has said, it is better to remove the thermal pad and purchase some AS5 (artic silver 5) paste, it is well worth it's cost.
As for MATTAH, why are you still using a stock cooler if your think that everybody else should get a True. When sobody comes on the forum, asking for help, he doesn't need any troll coming and making it harder for himself, taking a decision.
