i have thought about it and i might just get the artic freezer because its cheap but one more question your guys already confirmed that it will fit in antec 900 but will it still fit if i put the optional side fan on?

Yes it will fit, even if the side fan is installed.

1 more question might sound a bit silly but why cant you just wipe the termal paste of with a tissue

Tissue will leave small fibers behind. At least use a paper towel. And you can do this, but you will likely lose about 2C of cooling under load.

If your gonna go AC7, consider a CM Hyper 212 1st, only a few dollar difference and it's a lot better IMO.
