Yup, that about sums it up. You'll need a better PSU for any dedicated graphics card (which is a great upgrade).
Also, I definitely recommend getting more ram. Just get whatever's on sale if you want to max out size before speed, although there is the option of getting the best of both worlds

at the moment i can afford the artic freezer 64 pro so should i just go out and buy that and the think about case and psu later and will my current psu run the artic cooler fine and is it ok to wipe the thermal paste of just by using a paper towel

for gaming graphics card thats not integrated comes first, then you can upgrade ram.

Get an Antec 1200, instead of the 900. Micro Center has one for $129.99 USD. which is better than what you would pay for the "lower tier" Antec 900 (which they also have in stock for $140)
