It is a great dual core cooler, and for a stock quad it will be ok. I don't know for sure what kind of heat those quads put out when OC, but I know they are 125w, and the 64 was being pushed when OC a 90w Windsor dual core. I know the AC 7 Pro (basically the same thing for Intel) can't handle an OC quad.

yea same here i sat there for atleast 15mins saying ***? then i was like maybe if i move da psu it might work hehe...

AS5 if you already have it. If you need to buy some then get MX-2 instead. Better pperformance without the conductivity/capacitance issues.
