I would say give Hardware Monitor a try. Google it.

Do you have thermal paste on it?
try reseat, make sure there is a small amount of thermal paste, may be too much...

I might have to try to just reseat it...even though its a huge pain to deal with.

The thermal paste is jsut right. I only used the small amount which came pre applied on the AC Freezer heatsink.

well according to speed fan its only spinning at 7rpm mine spinning up to 2500rpm so that could be the problem
