Default Want to buy the Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 but some little issues.

I've been reading a lot of reviews on this cooler and it seems to be the perfect cooler for the Core i7 but I'm quite worried. I have a cooler master cm 690 case and by looking how tall it is (158 mm tall) I'm worried it will not fit with the side panel on. The second is the back plate because if you look at this image (sorry it's not really clear)

It's milimeters away from touching the motherboard tray. Should I be worried or is it alright?
Oh yeah and I'm new in this forum
