if you want better cooling go for the 2cd or for quiet cooling go for the slip stream

For a case fan the Slipstream would be better

Only thing I would suggest over it is the 1900rpm version but you'd want a fan controller.

If its only for a case fan, the slipstream is a reasonable choice as long as it's not going anywhere you're going to be using a filter. Those fans do very poorly with any kind of restriction (filter, heatsink, radiator, etc)
