yes if you don't have high memory heatsink you have full clearance all the way.
or if you don't use a 38mm fan you will have full clearance too.

Board layout also affects how close the fan comes to the RAM 'spreaders. I wonder how the cooler would do with a light 2000-grain pass...

This was done while taking apart my computer to make a powerpoint on building a computer for my networking class. I would have pic's of my full setup but i can't find my camera atm.
