THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE THREAD BUT A FUN ONE. IF YOU'RE NO FUN, THEN DON'T POST!!!
I had to start this thread after seeing this thread. Forum Moderator, forgive me if I put in the wrong place, but I figured this is pretty good. Basic idea: Just come up with something funny that would consider your case has too much airflow. Refer to some of the posts in this thread for some great examples. Thanks!

The caps are hanging off your board by their fingertips like Wile W. Coyote in a windstorm

Being an old hot rod builder and working on many things over the yrs...I have found that sometimes to much of a good thing can cause problems in the end. Take a radiator on a car... If the flow is to fast Air and Water then it never gets a chance to cool down properly. Get a skillet hot and toss water on it it will dance off before it cools. Same for air cooling..if the air rushes past the fins and heat sinks,NB,SB or CPU it never gets the chance to transfer the heat from the unit. I have had fun over the yrs stuffing big hot motors in small little cars and trying to cool them. I learned to slow the air flow down enough to transfer the heat away and keep it cool. Heat sinks come with different materials that make cooling fun. Alum. Cooper, Etc. all transfer heat differently.
