Hi, I just wanted to know if it was possible to remove the fan on my stock heatsink and replace it with one that has a higher CFM, instead of replacing the entire heatsink. I can't seem to figure out how to take the fan off of the heatsink. I have a Pentium 4 3.2GHz if that helps.

the northwood fan i had was good, i didnt need to change it, but the puny one on the prescott hsf i took right out, i put a shroud and a 92mm fan. Even though it was a high cfm fan, it didnt do much, but i think it was becuase theres alot more fins that are closer together.
