These temperature results don't tell much. Your CPU isn't even hitting 50 C under load. I'd like to see results with a much hotter processor.

I bet if you could find an easy way to seal the top and bottom to keep pressure up in that space between the fan and the HS that you would get better temps. Interesting design, but definitely with potential...
