Default I turbocharged my computer!!!(updated with video on pg.7)

Lol, so anyway, I was bored the other day and decided to clean my computer out with compressed air.

I went in my garage and saw this puppy sitting on the shelf. Its an "electric supercharger" from Ebay that I bought before I learned anything about forced induction for my car. (All you car guys can laugh here).

So as I am cleaning my case, I see the side on the side of the motor that it say 12V... Now I start thinking to myself (which can be dangerous at times) hmmm.... my PSU supplies 12V.... Theres a hole in the side of my case.... I have lots of wires and switches laying around.....

After a half hour of playing with my stripper (wire that is), voltmeter, blacktape and a few other things, I am proud to present to you.......

My turbocharged computer case!

When it is on, this thing sounds like a monster!!! It drops my load temps (Prime95) by 5 degrees. I dont keep it on all the time though, only when stress testing and benching. Hope you guys like it!

Pretty cool. Wouldn't it be more effective as an intake though? Thats how turbo chargers on cars work.

Nice, I was concerned that it would be pulling alot of amps off the PSU, but its only 8 amps (96w at 12v), so I guess you are okay with it. Thats if its similar to this anyway.
But it looks awesome and I can imagine if you had a big typhoon it would help temps alot more.
