I got 3 140m Yates and 2 120mm Yates for my K-62 all from Petra's. They were nice enough to ship them to Canada when I called and asked.

Anybody know if Yate Loon has a customer service/warranty of some sort?

My med speed yate isn't working anymore

...Or I guess I'll just have to buy a new one

IMHO just buy a new one since they're so inexpensive. I've never heard of any warranty directly from Yate Loon unless you contact the online retailer that you got it from.

i really envy y'all where y'all live.
because in singapore, it's nearly impossible to purchase a yate - or just about any decent fan. there's this uber huge mall in singapore that sells pc stuff - it's a dedicated mall, and yes there are shops selling these enthusiast fans, yates, avc's, deltas, denkis.
correct me if i'm wrong, but most pc stores here in singapore sell a large amount of cooler master fans, silverstone fans, as well as an abundance (i really mean abundance) of cheap crap fans from china that go by the name of 'ice rain'.
