If noise isnt a problem get a few of these their 10 bucks and the flow some air.I have 1 in the back of my rig and it flows some air.I must warn you its loud.

it looks like a really nice setup, well
idk if u care about DB of the fans, but theones u selected are quiet loud,^^, and if you pay 20 together for both fans(cld. shipping) then you would get around 56$, which would be equal to the Vigor Monsoon III LT, which I tihk is also a very good cooler.
your choice thoug, i would go with the Vigor ,just because it is 12DB quieter.

If you want good airflow with good build quality, look for fans without LED's.
