Default antec customer service blows!

i got a new 1200 and the case fans are faulty 1 dead 2 with a mix of LED color diffence 1 led is the right dark blue color and 2 led is like greenish teal color and top fan LED does not come up at all so i contacted antec for a replacement. and this is what i get back

Don't get let down too quickly. I am just asking what the actual problem is.
Since you have 4 fans going out...I would prefer you send the defective fans to us and we will replace it upon receiving it. Or you can...take a picture of all four fans in one picture...and break a blade of each of fan and email to me the picture. Upon seeing the picture...I will dispatch the fans to you. Also, can you attach the invoice from new egg.

Thank you
peter
Antec Customer Support!

asking me to break the blades off of working fans with wrong LED color? wow......that is just...wow...i mean like thats not the only thing
im gonna have to opening up my whole rig, tear everything out, take out the fans even the top one, break the blades and take a picture? that is a freaking hassle....not to mention ill be lefted with a case that is missing the top 200mm fan and a few 120 fans......with my system runing in it...

this really is going to make me think twice before i buy another antec product

Well if there faulty your going to have to take them out anyway. Your computer should be fine running without those fans for a little while.

That's kinda funny an Antec rep told you to break the fan's lol.
