Did you use anti vibration strips with the coolers?

Did you notice that the inside edges of the Megahalems are closed off?
I assume it's to force more air through the towers.
How about the mounting system, A-1 yeah?

Also, where does the Mega fall in with your TRUE testing?

I didn't have any anti vibration strips handy, but I'll be sure to rig something up once ol' Megatron becomes my permanent cooler. I think the majority of the noise actually came from having a pull fan, though the tower's design and vibration might have helped slightly. As for the mounting hardware, it was top notch! The most hassle free, sturdy bolt through I have EVER used! Kind of annoying that the fan clips don't work with both 25mm and 38mm fans - you'd think they would just made a universal one. I ended up making my own clips for aesthetics/practicality.

I've never owned a TRUE to test with sadly, but I hope people can use this as well as your TRUE vs Megahalem review to decide what cooler is best for them.

I don't believe so... I replaced the stock paste with as5 a long time ago... when running full load, the NB heatsink is a tad warm to touch but definitely bearable (I can leave my finger on it indefinitely)
