sorry for the delay guys. BUT the machining file is done, and all i need to do is just drop off the material at the cutters and then just wait.

though my only question is there a substational number of people that want brass? if there is, i can order some. if not then it'll be just however many i can get made this time with the aluminum i have on hand.

again, a FS thread will be made once i have all the plates on hand so do NOT pm me now.

thanks!

I have a method that works. It's sorta rough but it works perfectly.

We appreciate your mini-guide, but the main reason naf is doing this is because it usually isn't cost effective to go the other route with the type-s bracket and a crossover to hold down the cooler good enough. It would've come out to like $20-30 more bucks to order the parts with shipping and all that hoo-ha. So I figure why not get something specifically made for my application and guarantee a stable hold all the while having a kick ass custom mount.

And thanks for the update naf, I have to admit I have been really tempted lately to go the type-s way, but I have survived the temptation and now look forward to the sale thread!

And I personally want aluminum because of the costs and the color matches the cooler more than brass.

truly a good miniguide but as fossil said, its not really cost effective.

glad you survived the temptation. i also do apologize for the late update.

about the brass, i can make a few brass mounts but they'd be just a bit thinner than the 1/8" ones.. and i'm not sure how i feel about it being thinner.. i mean i could get a few made and see how they work... if they don't work well, i'll just replace those that did get brass with aluminum ones. or i'd have to buy more brass and thats not something i really want to do atm.

i'd just like some opinions about it is all i guess.

the thickness difference is only 1/32" but iono.. it might just be me being really OCD about it?
