Default Which CPU Cooler do you think is the best?

Thought we'd have a bit of fun with a poll. Think i have most coolers that are considered the best listed in the poll. Here you can discuss, rate and debate over what are the best solutions for your CPU. Please vote.

Be interesting to see at the end of the month what is leading the race.

Glad you like it.

As for my vote... I'm not entirely sure just yet. DK is a nice cooler, but I'm not really noticing any huge temp differences mainly because of the way it is mounted. But I have no doubts when I can do a push/pull setup it'll run very nice and cool.

I don't think that'll happen anytime soon. My 9500 lasted for over a year and the other 9700 I was using went 6 months strong. It should last till death do you part.

its not fair to compare 30$ heatsinks with 70$ ones

the best bang for the buck is either the vendetta or xigmatek (they're basically clones of each other)

lol@the 3 votes for the Xiggy DK, (at the time I'm posting this) and I'm not one of the one's that voted for it. It's good, but not the best one. For the price though, it's doing it's job well for a decent overclock.

Not from my own experience, just from what I read, the Megahalems is about the best for air cooling.

Well so far IFX-14 is the best but lets be realistic here i dont think most people are gonna buy that. So my vote goes for Megatron

Megatron and IFX-14 are tied in my book. One's more compact, the other is a bit more silent.
