It doesnt really matter if you have it mounted intake or exhaust, the temps are about the same.

imo one of the best led case fans are the cooler master high performance fans.
you can get them at the cooler master store.
i would post a link, but its under maintenance now.
i think its in the accessories section, kinda hard to find. but they come in red, blue and green led. and dark smoke non-led.
according to coolermaster they put out 90CFM! with only 19dba, so great value for only 10$.

They are not one of the best.
The 90CFM at 19dba is false advertising. Its 19dba on the lowest RPM, which would not be 90CFM, and the 90CFM would be at the highest RPM, which would not be 19dba. (thats if it does actually push out 90CFM)
