Default Need advice on i7 cooling

hey guys iam just around a day short of buying my i7 setup so i wanted to know which cooler should i buy for my i7 to get it to atleast 3.4 or 3.6 and also if i want to 4.0

should i just use my current OCZ vendetta 2 with a 1366 bolt through

or should i buy a new one like V8 or something

budget is 100$ and also tell me the best so that i dont have to change all the time

will these let me go to OC like 4.0 on i7?

also will i need to add anything to them?

or just use as they are

I have a Megahalem on my i7 920 and its 24/7 stable at 4.2Ghz.
I've seem others get 4Ghz using a TRUE...either one would do the job.
IMO the Megahalem is better due to no need to lap it and the sturdiness of the brackets. I like it better than the black TRUE that I had.

dude some1 suggested me that i should actually buy a bracket for LGA 1366 and use my current OCZ vendetta 2

u think this cooler can do the job for i7?

also what is the max this cooler can take me
