I grabbed two of them for my cards... I swear, I have NEVER cursed so much in my life as when installing these coolers. The stock x-bracket screws are not nearly long enough, because while the holes in the stock cooler the x-bracket attaches to stick up above the PCB, the holes in the ArcticCooling unit are actually a millimeter or two BELOW the PCB. Ugggh. I ended up going to the hardware store and buying longer screws.

So it seems the SATA cable prevented one of my fans from spinning, I fixed it and here are the temps.

Case fans are all at around 5v, so airflow is extremely low.
