Default 720be vs 955be stock cooler
hi all, i am currently using the stock cooler on my 720be. my dad has got a 955be with 3rd party cooler. therefore the 955be stock cooler hasnt been used and he asked me if i want it. my cpu idles about 48c at the mo because i have a really hot room. im just wondering if its worth me swapping the coolers over and would i see a difference at all (the 955 has copper pipes on or something).

The 955BE cooler is massively better than the 720BE stock cooler. Free? Take it.

Just by looking at the 2 I would say Yes you should see a decrease in temps with the 955 cooler.

Yes take the 955, the 955 with heat pipes look a lot better and probably will do a lot better.
