Does the Noctua NH-U12P mount without having to be rotated like the Dark Knight? And I'm assuming if so, it's done with a bolt through kit?

I decided on the Scythe SCNJ with a scythe 120cfm fan.

Not sure what you mean about rotation, but it does come with a bolt through kit, and one of the easiest installations there is. Very refined cooler with unrivaled quality.
