I just bought the typhoon right now for the pc im building..but i still need to know of a good quiet heatsink for a socket A and it will not be overclocked!

Ok, then take a look through this power search I set up on newegg. The main think you are looking for is the dBa. I would consider quiet anything under 25, and silent anything under 20. For reference the big typhoon is 16.
