This one is my favorite: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835185006 You can get it somewhere else where it's in stock and not $16 though. Replacing all the fans in my case with these dropped temps 10C on my graphics cards and didn't really increase noise that much. For CPU cooler, get a Xigmatek. Really good bang for the buck and overall performance.

Depends on your CPU cooler. Good airflow won't help a bad cpu cooler. Good airflow will only help cool the rest of the case. If the CPU cooler cannot absorb a good amount of the heat then it means that it cannot dissipate a good amount of the heat also.
__________________Hint: You have not listed your CPU cooler in the specs. I would use the S-Flex or Yate Loon. Similar stats, but the Yate's are a little noisier. Fill up all the spots that can fit 120mm fans and try to create an equal balance of intake and outtake.

Geez. I didn't think this was going to be that difficult. First, learning how to build a comp, now this. >_<, I guess I'm going to have to research these a bit further. Also bleached, didn't list one because I'm still deciding on which one to get. All i hear is the TRUE black, Xigmatek, or another one i cant remember. Very hard and on top of that, picking a few case fans and knowing what size to get. >_<

The fan size you want is 120mm, you can mount 3 on the top along with 1 on the back and 3 in the front. Im not 100% about the front though.

You should use the 1 red intake fan in the front that comes with the Cosmos S.
You'll need to buy 5 fans. 3 for the top, 1 for the bottom, and 1 for the back. Use the side fan (big one) as an intake, front as an intake, and top 3 as exhaust, and back as exhaust. You'll be all set.
