I'm pretty sure he means down-drafting onto the RAM. Not the power of the fan, but the most coverage of the RAM modules... In that case the original GeminII which is twice as wide as the one Slothfish is linking, but deactivated. It uses (2) 120mmm fans side-by-side. 240mm wide. I have one on my son's E2140 running 3.2GHz (1.6 stock).

I was just going to post that the Gemini II will throw a good amount of air at your other components if you add a couple of 120mm fans to it. Alternatively, you can run it passively - I'm sort of doing that in my WHS box with the PSU fan being the only thing blowing on it.

I think it's discontinued now but they're still out there. You can keep an eye on ebay (only one I saw there is in the UK so shipping is gonna be spendy) and Froogle

Are you asking which cooler spreads air down towards the MOSFETs and such? A Jag seems to push alot of air downward, according to reviews.

The Geminii S comes with a bracket that allows you to extend a second fan over the RAM. It's the same style as the regular Geminii, but without the fins in the way over the RAM.

Jeez people it's a simple enough question. What's so hard to understand?

Considering the VRM's are both beside and above the CPU on most boards a down draft cooler would be the most simple way to ensure decent cooling.
Some coolers like the AC Freezer7 Pro have the bottom fins curved to direct airflow towards both the VRM's and mosfets behind the CPU.

As to which cooler works best at achieving this, I honestly can't say.

The Big typhoon 120 VP could be a good choice for you.The so-called satellite fan helps cooling down the vrms.
Another solution is a case with a side fan plus a top-down cooler. This is exactly what I have.My 135 cfm yate loon side fan combined with my cooler does a nice job of cooling the motherboard components!
