it's possible that it isn't a CPU voltage that it's measuring. Kind of weird that there'd be so many people actuallyrunning around at 1.7v.

Whoa. I didn't even see that at first.

***Also, to the OP, slap a fan as a rear exhaust--something with some guts like an Scythe S-Flex F Series or a Yate Loon... even at idle your cpu is running pretty hot.

Also send Dell a screenie of that cpu voltage and ask them what's up with that. That is a lot of voltage.***
