Or no overclock. Nice temperatures.

20C is 68F, so your 68F AC is keeping your CPU at 68F, either extreme efficiency in heat dissipation or temps are off.
I don't think my temps are off, I have used multiple programs and they read the same temps

Here is with NO AC and some fans turned down:

If your AC system was indeed blowing 68F air into your PC, then the lowest temp that would be achievable would be 68F. Your CPU shows 59F.

However, AC systems blow much colder than the temperature you set them at. Mine typically blow 43-45F while in cooling mode. So the temps are likely close. I still doubt the complete legitimacy though, as 20c without the AC would be 68F. So your ambient room temp would have to be 68F or lower, and your case + other hardware + CPU would have to be generating NO heat.

Yes, hence why I doubt his numbers.

Level of overclock doesn't matter. On air or basic water cooling, it is physically impossible for the CPU to be cooler than the surrounding air.

EDIT: OP, try using CoreTemp instead of Speedfan.

That looks legit for AC temps. Like I said, AC blows a lot cooler than whatever temperature you set it to.

Still don't see 20c in room-ambient temps as being realistic though. That would mean your temperatures in your case were exactly the same as the temperatures in your room (68F), and that your CPU wasn't generating any heat, which, last time I checked, was impossible, even at idle.
