i would say that the DT sensors are absolutely inaccurate at idle but i don't really know that for sure for AMDs but i do know its fact for intels.

however, i'd like to see some load temps of before and after?

guys it's cuz he has the AC blasting in his case
it's set to 68, but his room is probably hotter, and colder air is going to his case until the a/c sensor gets to 68, which will probably be neverrr

I dont think your understanding this. It is impossible for the cooler to be making the chip cooler the ambient temps. ACTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE. There is no way for a fan or heatsink to lower temps below that of the air surrounding the fan.

I think his issue is that his TJ max is incorrectly set.

if it is a tjmax that is incorrectly set..

for coretemp... hit tools then settings. then on the tjmax offset... try setting it to 0?
