Do you know what its set at right now?
Default is 100c. Im not sure exactly what AMD's is for that chip.

hmm.. try realtemp and see if there is a conflict? i know realtemp deals with temps a bit differently than coretemp?

When trying to run Realtemp, it says the processor detected is not supported.

I used to have a Dark Knight on my Phenom 9850 @ 3GHz; used to stay at around 25C. So those temperatures seem reasonable I guess. Now my temps are about 36C though; stay away from the Red Scorpion Xiggy.
