Default Mugen 2, thermal compound and case fan questions.

I'm going to go with the Mugen 2 I believe that's currently the best for AM3 for a not so excessive cost cooler. I currently have the following case:
http://www.istarusa.com/rackmount_ch...x/s-10000.aspx

Generic fans in the side duct, rear vent and front.

1. I'm thinking of putting an ultra kaze in the side duct and the rear exhaust. I'm not sure if it'd be worth it or not to put one in the front as well. I've heard good things about the ultras but I don't know if there are better for the same or less price. ( Newegg only)

2. I'd like to know if there are any aftermarket fans I could / should put with the Mugen 2 to make it perform better or is the fan that it comes with a fairly decent one.

3. I'm going to be using MX-2 unless someone else has a better suggestion and I'd like to know what the best way is to apply the compound when considering the Mugen 2. Some say a pea / rice sized drop others say to put a drop on and then spread it with an old credit card or similar.

4. What should my fan setup be for the box since I'm reusing this from my current system to save some money. I was going to put intake side duct, exhaust rear, and have the Mugen mounted like this http://www.xsreviews.co.uk/images/Sc...installed2.JPG
and pushing air out the rear exhaust.

5. Considering the lack of exhaust in my case I was going to get a PCI-slot cooler with a rear exhaust vent to place near the video card, is this a bad idea?
