They are the Tri Cool Antec fans I have 6 of them they don't seem to make to much sound but I do have some nice speakers so I might just not notice it.

Yup those are them. They are great I have them all running on high and it really isn't as loud as I thought and my temps for my GPUs dont even go above 60c on load
