Ceramique = can resist -100celsius (good for exotic cooling) and I would never use anything else than ceramique on anything de-lidded (ati gpu, chipset) nor on mosfet or rams. (It's completly non-electric because it's not silver based.

AS5, MX-2, OCZ Freeze, IC7 Diamond, CLP all work fine, just get the cheapest one. You'll see only a couple degrees difference between them. I personally use IC7 Diamond on my cpu and MX-2 on my GPUs. IC7 Diamond and CLP are kinda annoying to apply, so I would just go with one of the other three.

I prefer OCZ Freeze since it's not conductive like AS5, has no set in period to get its best temps like AS5, and from most tests performs better then AS5.

I highly recommend Arctic Cooling MX-2 or Tuniq TX-3

OCZ Freeze
No cure time and is non-conductive. Usually beats AS5.
