I just replaced AS5 with OCZ Freeze and had a drop in temp. But that might also be because I switched from a 1600 to a 1900RPM fan.

I would recommend AS5 personally, it has better thermal conductivity (4.65-5.15 W/m if I remember right) than OCZ (3.5 W/m). Search the internet, you never know when you find something better than what you were looking for originally. IMO BenchmarkReviews has some of the best information with their 80 way review of TIMs.
