I have an E7200 and I want to overclock it for cheap without the risk of overheating or screwing up my ran clock. What would be the best cooler for under $30. P.S. I have a problem with dust getting in the heat sink.

My temps are a little crazy the MOBO says like 12C and one of the cores is stuck at 35 the other at 29 unless it gets higher than that IOW they wont go below those temps

Classic case of a stuck sensor. Same with my E7200. Just run orthos and run the "stress CPU" test (linpack). Run it for a while and you should see the temps "open up" and give you a good reading on your load temp. Idle temps really are not important.
