that's a really high idle on core0 it could be misreporting I suppose, or there's some fairly intensive process that your CPU is using one core for while you're checking temps.

The best way to be sure is use EVEREST Ultimate Edition for ultimate measurements of everything on your computer. It is a trial, but you can purchase it or find a serial.
Hope it helps.

Ok, I downloaded Everest and It gives me the same exact temps. I also checked my processes and I have none that are working my CPU. Should I take my cooler off and try putting on some more thermal paste?!?

try reseating the heatsink making sure its tightly on there. I did that to my stock intel cooler and I got temps above 70. Also just making sure, is that the heatsink with the pushpins or the back-plate.

When I bought this cooler I had bought the addon backplate for better temps but when I was trying to install it, the backplate didnt match the heatsink for some reason. So im using push pins.

You got the wrong back plate then. Probably the one for a 4 heat pipe cooler. get the one for the 3 heat pipe cooler. Also, what thermal compound are you using? If it is that stock crap that came with the cooler get rid of it (and clean it off with some rubbing alcohol) and use Arctic Sliver 5

My heatsink is 4 heatpipes and the backplate is the one for 4 heatpipes but the wholes for the screws didnt match up. I bought acrtic cooler mx-2 thermal paste so that is not my problem. I guess I will just re seat it and see what happens. Thanks for all the responses.
