Hey Guys I will be putting this together probably on the weekend. This is what I have. Will the PSU be enough for the overclocking I want to achieve and also do I have enough air cooling for it?
__________________Motherboard: Asus P5Q Deluxe CPU: Quad Q9550 @ 2.83Ghz (EO Stepping) PSU: CORSAIR 650TX 650W HS: Prolima Megahalems (I need fans recommendations to try to hit 4Ghz) Video card: BFG GTX 280 OC (Will overclock it as far as it can go) My case is all hair. On the font of the case under the 3.5" Bays there will be a case fan blowing in. On the side of the case another 120mm fan blowing in. On the back and the top also fans but blowing out. I really need fans recommendations. I want to keep the case as cool as possible. I don't mind loud fans for the CPU HS if they can do about 115CFM or will I need stronger fans?. Of course the less noise the better. Also I don't think I need fans that are too loud for the case? but which ones are good case fans with awesome air flow?

Yes your PSU will be fine for overclocking and you should get some 38mm fans for your Megatron. (Megahalem)

well, for 25mm fans I'd say get 2 hi speed yate loons. They are very cheap but perform really well.

Nothing is wrong with 25mm fans but they tend to push less air than the 38mm fans.

http://www.xoxide.com/yate-loon-highspeed-120.html I was looking at the SILVERSTONE FM121 which is more powerful and is not louder than the yate loon high speed either. But I might have to look for a better price. http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16811999344 Also how about 2 Scythe Slip Stream (Kaze-Jyuni) 120mm for the heatsink guys? They seem to be cheap enough and the specs look good. Model Number SY1225SL12SH Fan Speed 1,900 rpm Noise 37.00 dBA Airflow 110.31 CFM Rated Voltage DC12V Rated Current 0.53 A Bearing Type Sleeve MTBF 30,000 hours Connector 3-pin (3-pin to 4pin adapter included) Dimensions 120 x 120 x 25 mm Weight 115g
