looking for a mid or full to0wer that has good air flow, my gpu & cpu gets too hot, looking for something 200.00 or less, would love some input.

NewEgg periodically puts the Antec 900 on sale for like $50 or so. usually 2-3 times per year. Not sure about the 900 II, but for the life of me, I can't see any reason to spend the extra $20 for it. It's basically the same internal layout, uses the same fans, etc. in one of the best (stock) mid-sized cases you can buy.

Since you are willing to spend $200 or less i would get a CM HAF 932 full tower.

lowest i've seen on newegg was $80 or so
the lowest the antec 300 has been was $40
