Never used that specific model but I love the other Panaflos I've ever bought. They're highly reliable and you cant put them in any orientation because of the bearing they use compared to something like Scythe's fans.

I've got an M1BX (basically the CFM step down from that exact fan) and love it. Pushes enough air to keep my q9450 in the 53-55 range (individual core temps) with a 29ish degree ambient while OC'd to 3.6

I used the medium speed ones and loved them. They undervolt really well, and do not make any ticking or squealing noise like the Ultra Kazes do from what I hear. I definitely recommend Panaflos. Just make sure you buy Panaflo tails to go with each fan, because they dont come with any.

Not all Scythe's fans use crappy sleeve bearings

Some use double ball while some use FDB/S-FDB

Very true, I forgot the name of those other fans. Ultra Kazes=bad(depending on your orientation), S-Flex=good if memory serves me correctly.
