I would rather get this(XIGMATEK HDT-S1283, $29.61 after MIR)for $6 more, the Arctic is good for low OC'ing, but this Xigmatek is going to last you a long time.

yes its very good, i wouldnt recommend it for quad core cpus tho, it is on the other hand a VERY good performer in dual core section.
i would recommend to take a look on this page to make your own opinion in what you will purchase, rather then saying THIS is the best
