Something with alot of static pressure. Try 2 of these, actually you should replace all your fans with these. lol

If you can get a panaflo, get it
But I accidently bought two Of the kaze 2000's, but they have turned out pretty decent. I use a fan controller, but the pressure, even at low RPM still keeps my true cool

I like my Artic Cooler 7 Pro. With my HAF 932 my temps dont get over 53C when playing crysis for hours on end... No major overclock atm since i cant get it stable... cfm wise it isnt that good since i think it is 40cfm or 45cfm. My system is quiet except when the 2 gpu fans are at 80%.

I heard the noctua fans are really silent. I have not played with them yet so I can't give a review.

I've never been disappointed with a Panaflo. Sturdy, quiet, well manufactured, good CFM, and they tend to last forever. They're usually a little more expensive, but I think they're worth it for a heatsink fan for sure. Maybe not necessary as a case fan, but for a critical part like a heatsink, I'd say get one.
__________________other thing: Panaflo doesn't seem to lie about their noise level / air movement like most companies do. a 40db Panaflo is 40db at its max capacity, or seemingly so. ---- if you're looking for a 120x38, the M1BX I use is rated at 87cfm and about 37 decibels. I can't even hear mine with my comp 4 feet away. The only noise I can really detect is on start up when it's spooling up to speed, and that's a brief half second or so. There's a model that's slightly higher CFM (107 I believe) at around 41db
